Karen Yaw is an anointed woman of God who is on a steadfast track to serve the Lord with all her heart, body, soul and mind. She accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior in her hometown of Brooklyn, New York at the age of nineteen at the Brooklyn Tabernacle Church. After wedding vows in 2004, Karen and her husband, Collis moved overseas where they have lived for the past five years. First to Europe, where she volunteered at an International Christian School, taught Sunday school and a Creative Writing class at a local university. Then in 2006, she moved to Ghana with her husband and soon to be born son. Motherhood coupled with her passion for Christ, lost souls and broken homes fueled yet another birthing---the Touching Souls, Changing Lives Ministries© in September 2008. Currently, in times of the worldwide economic crisis, she is heading back to the States to further the work of her ministry. A down-to-earth, gentle, sensitive yet fiercely spirit-led woman, she will not deny the rocky path of her past, yet she continues to give God the glory for turning her mistakes and misery into what she now calls His ministry.
